Salone del Mobile 2027: exhibition catering guide
From 13 to 18 April 2027, your stand needs hospitality that works around buyer, press and client meetings. Start with loading access and service windows, not the menu.
Dates for the team calendar
The organizer lists 13–18 April 2027 at Fiera Milano Rho. Stand plans are due by 15 February. Setup runs 2–12 April except 3 and 4; breakdown is 19–21 April. Check newer circulars before confirming delivery slots.
Segment the audience
A passing visitor may take an espresso; a buyer negotiating a contract may need longer, quieter hospitality. Forecast coffee, staff lunch, water and VIP refreshments separately.
Quote checklist
Hall and stand number, daily service hours, drinks per hour, team lunches, power, water, refrigeration, contractor access and total budget. Ask for written exclusions.
