Supplier responsibilities
Separate venue, food, staff, AV, staging and transport with a clear named contractor for each.
An event is not a vendor list. It is a sequence of decisions: who approves the venue, when can caterers load in and who handles the unexpected?
Request a proposal ↗A specific brief prevents quotes for fundamentally different services being compared as if they were the same. These are the important facts to establish.
Practical coordination for corporate events, venues, catering and hospitality.
Discuss your event ↗A useful agency proposal specifies who decides, contracts and coordinates each discipline. Managing catering does not automatically mean supplying AV production.

02
Agree deadlines for menus, access, deliveries and venue changes. Late decisions can affect several suppliers.
03
Name who owns the critical handovers and prepare a realistic contingency plan.
Illustrative roles: client signs off budget, venue controls access, caterer manages food/allergens, coordinator owns the run sheet. Contracts decide the final allocation.
Actual service scope and rates require supplier and venue confirmation.
A thirty-five-minute lunch break is a hard constraint. A wonderful menu is no use if half the team is still queuing when the meeting starts.
