Fiera Milano Rho exhibition catering: the exhibitor's checklist
Trade-show hospitality is not a single delivery. A stand can operate for nine hours each day, the sales team needs to stay with visitors and replenishment must be predictable.
Check the exhibitor's responsibilities
The Comune di Rho's January 2026 SCIA notice describes the telematic municipal filing for exhibitors serving food or drink at their stand. It asks for fair, hall and stand details and lists €60 municipal plus €20 health-related administrative fees. Check the current rules with the organizer and qualified local advisers; a supplier does not automatically assume the exhibitor's obligations.
Plan daily replenishments
Separate morning espresso, water during appointments, staff lunches and afternoon refreshments. Forecast how many servings are needed, when supplies can arrive and who removes waste.
What to include in your brief
Send exhibition, hall and stand number, dates, service times, expected servings, power, water, refrigeration, staffing and budget. Ask for written inclusions and exclusions.
